Required Documents
In order to rent a car from RepeatCar offices, the person who will rent the car must present the documents issued in his/her name to the car delivery officer.
- Identity card with chip for citizens of the Republic of Turkey
- Passport and entry stamp for foreign citizens.
- License.
- Credit card for deposit and payment transactions.
IMPORTANT
Entry Stamp:Since the validity period of the driver's license of foreign citizens is limited to 6 months, drivers whose entry stamp is older than 6 months are not rented.
Driving License:The driver's license of foreign citizens must be in Latin alphabet and in accordance with international usage.
RepeatCar branches use the electronic commerce V-POS infrastructure of the relevant banks, whose security is approved by the contracted banks and supported by 3-D security payment. For this reason, it is mandatory that the credit card you will use during the rental is open to internet shopping.
Persons who do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, who do not have their driver's license and credit cards with them at the time of delivery of the vehicle, will not be delivered the vehicle even though they have a reservation. In such a case, the cancellation and refund conditions apply. The fee may not be refunded.
Driver:
Only the person / persons written in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented. In case of any damage that may occur if 3rd parties not specified in these documents use the vehicle, the validity of all insurance insurance assurances will be canceled.
You can contact our branches to add additional drivers. A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. Age and driver's license year conditions valid for vehicle groups are also valid for additional drivers.

Return to Different Branch
It is possible to return your car to a different branch from the one you rented, provided that it is evaluated according to branch and vehicle availability. In this case, a one-way fee is charged. One-way fares can be found on our website or at our offices.
Departure Abroad
Our vehicles are not allowed to go abroad and can be used within the borders of Turkey.
Rental Period
Our vehicles are charged for at least 24 hours per day and 30 days per month.
Extension
If you wish to use the vehicle for a longer period than the date specified in the contract, you must contact our branches and extend the rental period. In case of late return of the vehicle without a time extension, the highest rental price is applied according to the rented vehicle / vehicle group.
Early Return
If you wish to return the vehicle earlier than the date specified in the contract, you must shorten the rental period by contacting our branches. There is no refund for shortening the duration.
No Show
Your vehicle is kept ready in our branches for 59 minutes from the delivery time specified in your reservation. If the vehicle is not picked up within the specified time, the vehicle will not be guaranteed. In case of possible delay, you can contact our branches in advance in order not to lose your vehicle warranty.
Out of Working Hours
Additional overtime charges apply for returning or picking up the vehicle outside the working hours specified in our branches. Working hours may vary according to branches and delivery points. Out-of-hours service fee 20€.
Cleaning of Vehicles
Our vehicles are delivered with interior and exterior cleaning. At the end of the rental, cleaning fees are applied in cases such as non-standard contamination, garbage or personal belongings thrown into the vehicle, asphalt stains due to use, stains and stains on the seats or interior parts that require additional cleaning, sea salt marks on the seats, smoking & tobacco use, hair, feather or stains caused by the transportation of pets, etc.Cleaning fees may vary between20€ - 200€.
Personal
At the end of the rental, check whether you have any personal belongings in the vehicle. The responsibility for personal belongings forgotten in the vehicle belongs to the renter.
Vehicle Images
The vehicle models that appear on our website and/or the websites of the intermediary/broker companies that provide reservations for our vehicles are accepted as an example of the relevant group, and service may be provided with an equivalent vehicle other than the relevant vehicle group at the time of rental.
Fuel
You must return the vehicle at the fuel level you received. In case you return with missing fuel, the missing returned fuel price and a service fee of 10€ will be applied. No refund will be made in case of excess fuel.
Traffic Fines, Bridge and Highway Tolls, Parking Fees
In addition to traffic fines, bridge, highway toll and parking fees, a service fee of €10 is applied.
Damage Management
In the event of an accident, crime or repair of the rented vehicle, a €50 damage management fee applies.

Additional Waivers
Our additional insurance and assurances that you can purchase for safer use of your vehicle are summarized below. You can get information from our branches for fee and reservation.
- Tire & Glass Protection: Protects you against tire splitting or glass breakage. Limited to 1 piece.
- Mini Damage Protection: Covers any damage that may occur to the bodywork of the vehicle, excluding accidents. Limited to 1 piece or up to €100.
- Super Mini Damage Protection: Covers any damage that may occur to the bodywork of the vehicle, except in cases of accidents. Limited to 2 units or up to €200.
- Premium Protection: In addition to the Deposit-Free Rental, it provides protection against damages that may be given to 3rd parties up to 1,000,000₺ (IMM). It covers minimum damages up to 2 pieces or 200€ (Super Mini Damage Assurance), It protects you against tire splitting or glass breakage. Limited to 1 piece (Tire & Glass Assurance).
IMPORTANT: Third Party Liability (Optional Financial Liability - IMM) is within the scope of Compulsory Traffic Insurance and the amount determined by the Turkish Insurance Association is up to 200,000₺. If the damages that may be caused to the other party exceed 200,000₺, the driver is responsible and is obliged to pay in advance.
Kilometer
Depending on the vehicle groups and rental period, daily and monthly rental mileage limits are shown on the vehicle reservation page and rental contract. Mileage over the specified mileage limits is charged per kilometer. For mileage not specified in the contract or on the booking sheet, daily mileage is calculated as 200km/day or a maximum of 3,000km per rental contract.Mileage Excess Fees are applied as 0.20€/km.
Deposit
In addition to the vehicle rental fee, the collateral amounts determined according to the vehicle groups are collected from your credit card during the rental. Depending on your Findeks score and your financial status at the date of the report, the collateral amounts may be applied differently at the time of vehicle delivery.
If the vehicle is received complete and undamaged, the collateral will be fully refunded to your card within 21 business days at the latest. In order to rent the vehicle, you must be able to present a credit card registered in your name during the rental. It is not possible to benefit from the car rental service with a credit card that is not in the name of the renter.

IMPORTANT:RepeatCar reserves the right to take less/more deposits, not to take deposits, to take cash deposits, to use debit cards within the scope of campaigns or some additional packages or when deemed necessary. The driver/renter cannot object to these changes.
Findeks - Credit Rating
During the leasing process, a Findeks query is made about the lessor. The leasing service can be offered in line with the limited financial score of the lessor within the framework determined by Findeks. In cases where it is not possible to check the Findeks score or if the score is not sufficient for the rental of the desired vehicle, it is not possible to rent a vehicle. In cases where Findeks inquiry is not allowed and/or not possible, the reservation fee will not be refunded due to cancellation. Credit card deposit guarantee is mandatory for Turkish Republic citizens, and the credit card registered in the driver's name must have at least the amount of credit card limit space determined by our company.
Reservation cancellation and change
Early Booking campaigns:In early booking campaigns, only the rental start date and time can be shortened towards the rental end date. No refund can be made.
Prepaid reservations:For prepaid reservations, you can change the vehicle group in addition to the changes you can make in early booking campaigns.
Some changes may result in price differences. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before the start of the rental, the full rental fee will be refunded. Reservations with less than 48 hours remaining are non-refundable.
Pay-later reservations:There are no cancellation or change fees for post-paid reservations. Some changes may cause price differences. For security reasons, the rental fee for paid reservations will be refunded to your credit card within 30 business days from the date of cancellation.
In the event that a prepaid reservation is made despite not meeting the conditions specified in these rental conditions, such as age, driver's license, credit card, etc., the above-mentioned cancellation and refund terms and conditions will apply. If such a situation is detected at the time of delivery, it is considered a last minute cancellation and no refund will be made.
Situations Excluded from Insurance
The renter accepts and declares that in the event of an accident or damage, the tires, glass parts and undercarriage of the vehicle are not covered by the insurance. The renter accepts and declares that the guarantees, insurance and insurance will be deactivated in the following cases, and that the responsibility and all expenses will be borne by the renter;
- The vehicle is used carelessly and carelessly or is 100% unilaterally at fault,
- Passing through red lights, driving dangerously or exceeding speed limits and driving uncontrollably,
- Not obtaining a Police & Gendarmerie and Alcohol report in case of an accident,
- Mechanical failures that may occur as a result of filling the wrong fuel,
- All damages that may occur as a result of a person not registered on the rental contract being involved in an accident with the vehicle,
- Carrying more passengers and load than the vehicle's capacity,
- Using the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- Using the vehicle in unstructured or off-road areas,
- In the event of theft of the vehicle, the renter must definitely present the vehicle's registration and keys.
IMPORTANT:In case of accidents, it is mandatory to obtain a Gendarmerie & Police report and alcohol report or to keep a complete accident report and a copy of the accident report with wet signature; accident photos of the vehicles, a copy of the license, insurance policy, identity card and driver's license of the other vehicle and driver involved in the accident. If these conditions are not fulfilled or if you are 100% at fault; In case of an accident while crossing the red light, due to excessive speed or due to alcohol & drug use, due to carelessness, hitting the barriers, sidewalks, leaving the road and similar situations, all insurance or assurances are deemed completely invalid, all liability and damage costs, damage costs, the rental vehicle belongs to the lessee.

Accident/Damage Amounts
The table below is the price list of parts that can be repaired/replaced within vehicle repair centers and priced in advance, in the absence of a police and alcohol report or even if there is, in 100% faulty/faulty situations, red light violation, excessive speed, unilateral carelessness due to accident, entering the wrong way or changing within or outside of an accident situation, parts that need to be repaired and vehicle groups, and parts that can be repaired/replaced within vehicle repair centers. For situations where it is not possible to specify a price in advance or are not on the list, the parts and labor prices determined by the authorized services of the authorized brand, regardless of the make and model of the rented vehicle, are valid. If the body, bodywork, undercarriage, interior, engine, mechanical, glass, plastic and electrical parts of the vehicle that the driver has caused a malfunction or damaged are not on the list, the price is calculated by obtaining a price from the authorized service and requested from the renter. The renter is obliged to pay for the damages caused to the vehicle by himself or someone else in advance.

RepeatCar reserves the right to change the vehicle rental price, vehicle deposit price, vehicle exemption price, damage costs and the information given above without prior notice if it deems necessary. All amounts are calculated at the contract rate on the date of signature and in all other currencies at the EURO € rate.
